On November I put wheel covers in the trunk of my carAt that time I examined each one of them and I saw that every one was in a perfect condition. The same day, those covers were installed by SouthbankI paid for the installation and for other work that was done but before leaving the premises I walked around my car and I saw that there was a big hole in one of my wheel cover.I complained about the hole and the ``installer" said that when he opened the trunk of my car he immediately saw that there was a big hole in one of my wheel cover.Such an excuse is simply not plausible. If the installer really had seen a big hole in one of my cover, he certainly would have ask me to come and see for myself and he would have done so in order to prevent me (the customer) from accusing him.It is not possible to find only one cover that would be identical to the cover that was damaged and I would have to buy a new set of for $Soutbank is refusing to pay that amount
Purchased a used *** from Southbank in June, Southbank claims to have a comprehensive inspection to ensure the used vehicles they sell are of good quality Upon delivery and in the months following it became obvious that little or no inspection was performedFor example, the vehicle was delivered with no emergency jack, wheel alignment was out of adjustment and could not be adjusted to specs because the upper ball joint was worn out, oil filler cap leaked which caused the alternator to be contaminated with engine oil and fail, glow plug control module failed I would not trust this dealer
On November 5.. I put 4 wheel covers in the trunk of my car. At that time I examined each one of them and I saw that every one was in a perfect condition. The same day, those covers were installed by Southbank. I paid for the installation and for other work that was done but before leaving the premises I walked around my car and I saw that there was a big hole in one of my wheel cover.I complained about the hole and the ``installer" said that when he opened the trunk of my car he immediately saw that there was a big hole in one of my wheel cover.Such an excuse is simply not plausible. If the installer really had seen a big hole in one of my cover, he certainly would have ask me to come and see for myself and he would have done so in order to prevent me (the customer) from accusing him.It is not possible to find only one cover that would be identical to the cover that was damaged and I would have to buy a new set of 4 for $75.00. Soutbank is refusing to pay that amount.
