1. was charged $1300 (with special $800 discount price!) for a $300 knee brace.

2. was billed TWICE for the $500 office visit and when I asked WHY was told that although my credit card was instantly charged, that it takes them "up to a week" to post charges to my profile - this does NOT explain why I was sent a bill for $500+ SIX WEEKS after my visit (which was paid in full at the time).

The double-billing and over-charging is outrageous! This has to be FRAUD on some level!

3. The knee brace I was "fitted" for is so tight that it cuts off circulation in my foot. And I'm told that they "don't accept medical equipment returns" in their office.

Horrible, horrible experience! Beware!
