In March of Mr*** purchased a Chevrolet Avalanche from South Tacoma MazdaMr*** was assured of a clean title and as of today it has a clean titleAccording to the history report it shows an accident involving a collision with a
utility poleThe report also discloses that airbag did deployThe vehicle was not a total loss and an airbag deploying does not brand the titleAs for the possible rollbackThis is a pretty common occurrence with vehicles bought out of CanadaThe mileage on the history report prior to being brought into the United States in in KilometersOnce the vehicle was imported into the U.Sthe speedometer will be converted to MilesAs for the Avalanche being unsafe I did ask Mr*** what he felt was unsafe about the AvalancheMr*** replied “it’s just unsafe”I did offer to have the vehicle looked at free of chargeMr*** declinedAt this point I understand Mr*** is unhappy with his purchaseWe have offered to trade him out the Avalanche and have offered far more for the Avalanche than other dealersWe did have alternative vehicles he was able to purchase at the time he just did not like themIf you have any further questions feel free to contact me

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Clearly stated on the Car Fax it states through South Tacoma Mazda that they reported the false odometer rollback twice. Not from Canada. Not from kilometers to miles. I was mislead into believing the vehicle in question had NO accidents and I was assured of this. Even with a clear title accidents on the vehicle report affect the vehicles value. I was sold the truck with a value of one without any accidents and assured there wasn't any. The general manager asked me if I had a warranty on the truck. I replied yes I do and than he said he would look at it. He did not tell me it would be free of charge. He also offered me 4000 less for my truck than a competitor down the street(GT Auto) to fix this issue. To add on to this I recently discovered I bought the truck without a used car buyers guide on the window. A federal law. Sincerely,[redacted]
