South Sun Beads

Review: I purchased an item at South Sun Products in San Diego last March and had it shipped to my home address in [redacted] The item was damaged in shipping. I paid for the item in cash. I paid for the shipping and the insurance on the item based on a valuation of 2000.00. In addition I paid the GST tax to bring the item into [redacted].I contacted South Sun Products to let them know that the item had been damaged and that it was a time sensitive matter. In short, they did not contact the shipper in time to recover any compensation. They did not do their part at all. I have emails, receipts, pictures, and whatever else you may need to pursue this injustice that could have easily been avoided had South Sun Products followed up on the claim when I let them know there was an issue. Unfortunately, I could not do their job for them. I have contacted them by phone and email several times in the last year. I gave them ample opportunity to make this right and so far have received no satisfaction.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. All of it. I paid for the insurance on the shipping so that I could recoup my money if something happened to the item in the shipping process. Since South Sun did not do their part, I have no recourse but to ask for full compensation from them.
