South Suburban Heating and Air conditioning was a great find for us. One cold morning my husband found that our furnace was no longer working, so after asking a friend for advice, we were given the name of South Suburban Heating and Air Conditioning. Dave, one of the owners, came out within a few hours. It was obvious to me from the beginning that this was a [redacted] Family based company and I appreciated that. He was kind, considerate, and explained everything in detail so even I could understand. He was very thorough and explained all of our options and expenses of each one. The work took place as soon as papers were signed. It was done efficiently and with respect of our home. Their follow-up was also just as efficient and timely. I have the highest praise for Dave and this family business.
