Complaints have been filed with Arkansas Tow and Recovery BoardNothing will probably come of this but maybe this will help prevent these guys from overcharging to the point of metaphorically robbing small businesses in the future

They sent a certified letter to inform us but did not date said letter. By the time we received the letter, somehow we have accrued $700 dollars in charges for a tow from Benton to Benton. Did not provide breakdown of charges and had to call multiple times to receive a call back from company. This sounds like just another tow company trying to take advantage of small business. I don't mind paying a normal tow bill for their work performed but where did $700 come from? Complaints have been filed with Arkansas Tow and Recovery Board. Nothing will probably come of this but maybe this will help prevent these guys from overcharging to the point of metaphorically robbing small businesses in the future.
