Review: I gave the property manager ([redacted]) for this company a deposit to hold an apartment for me. After she checked my references, I was told that I would be able to move into the apartment on 3/15. On 3/9 I received a call from Ms [redacted] that she would be giving me apartment to someone else. After several messages to Ms. [redacted], she admitted that she made up the story about giving the apartment to someone else and said that she did not want me living at the property and that she would return my deposit. After several calls, text messages and emails, I have yet to receive my deposit back or a reply message.

I would like the $100 deposit I gave to her and another $200 for breach of contract.
