I am rejecting this response because: I go back to the origin** complaint of false advertisement.  This truck was advertised as having a "new re-manufactured motor", and in less than 3 months we had to rebuild the motor.  The company that rebuilt the motor informed us that the parts used in the "new re-manufactured motor" that came from MNL, were not new parts nor were they  even  matched sets. I am totally aware that I purchased a used vehicle, however I purchased the truck with the understanding that it had a new rebuild motor, as advertised.  At no time, when I was there, did they ( MNL) state otherwise.   I also want to point out that when I spoke with [redacted] on 12/30/15, he asked for copies of the bills and said he would make an adjustment, he never mentioned about the "as is" clause as he is stating now. He never mentioned it on 2/9/16, when I had a conversation with him, and he told me the owner was out of town, he never mentioned it on  3/7/16, when he asked for the copies of bills again.  Why wouldn't [redacted] mention this to me on any one of our 3 conversations?The above are the reasons why I am rejecting MNL's response. I can not believe that a company is allowed to advertise anything they want, and then put a clause stating that the ad may be different than the trucks actual features, and the difference is IMMATERIAL!  I don't consider a motor as a "feature" or "option".  I did not buy the truck for parts, I bought a truck with a new re-manufactured motor to operate.  I would also like to see the repair orders and part tickets on the truck, showing that they actually did just install a new re-manufactured motor in the truck, as they stated in the ad, it is my opinion, that a rebuilt motor would last more than 3 months. I have attached a copy of the ad which states that the rebuilt motor was just installed.
