Review: I had applied tor a apartment with them.so they said I needed to put down a $100.00 holding fee.which was refundable.I also paid them a $50.00 application fee.which they stated was not refundable.I was okay with that.so I went to there leasing office. a few day after (5/24/14.to inform them I was no longer interested in the apartment.the leasing consultant ([redacted])said they would send me back my money.this was ten day ago from todays date (6/9/14). I went to see him today to ask.where was my money.he said as long as they owe me.I would not be broke.I did not think this was professional.they seem to be giving me the run around about returning my money.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE MY $100.00 RETURNED ASAP.
