Consumer states that the business finally contacted her directly to address the issues on August 7thConsumer remains dissatisfied with the way the business handled the whole process
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
They sent a different crew back out and fixed the problem
The repair has not been completed, still waiting on customers approval
I am rejecting this response because: First of all, South Placer Heating and Air are not addressing the issue of my complaint & avoiding it. It is a statement what South Placer Heating and Air responded,
since the job was completed on May 23rd, and they came back as a re-call on June 21st, There is no approval to be made by us, since the bad diagnoses/job was done, since May 23rd, & re-call placed on June 21st, 2017. So, I am uncertain of what South Placer Heating & Air are saying.I am requesting that South Placer Heating & Air refund my $Regarding the money I paid to them on May 23rd, 2017. Since, they did the wrong diagnoses, besides not fixing the issues with my air conditionerSouth Placer Heating and Air came to my house the first time in May 23rd, 2017, they made bad diagnoses and they charged us $645. The air conditioner worked for few weeks and we had the same issue again. So, *** *** *** placed a re-call to them on June 21st, 2017, and they still didn’t fix it. So, I am requesting our money back on money paid unnecessarily. They did bad diagnoses and they didn’t fix the problem with our air conditioner. However, the issue is regarding the bad diagnoses they did since the beginning of the call on May 23rd, 2017, that *** *** *** placed to repair our air conditioner. Also, they placed a second call on re-call to South Placer Heating & Air to come to my house again on June 21st, And, they charged us $645. And, which were paid to them by a credit card. The receipts of the above mentioned dates are attached. On the receipt dated May 23rd, 2017, the amount paid ($645.) is highlighted in yellow for your reference. Therefore, I am requesting that South Placer Heating & Air refund our money back of $Paid by my credit card. Thank you, *** ***
