I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have been in communication with their requested vendor since the day of their response. I am still waiting for Nina there to present possible options as this is not just a straight forward fix/replace.There was only an option to Accept or Reject the business response within 5 days so I chose reject since the issue is not yet resolved. I'd also like to add that there are several untruths in their response but I am here to resolve the issue as opposed to argue semantics and ethics. I will update the matter wen more info is available from Nina at their vendor.

Review: South Park Mitsubishi and [redacted] Bank used "unfair methods of competition" and "unfair or deceptive acts or practices" by disparaging of goods and services of business by false and misleading representation of factand reresenting that a person has approval he does not have.On December I purchased a 2011 Mitsubishi Endeavor from South Park Mitsu bishi. I dealt with [redacted]/sales manager. [redacted] called me to tell me I was approved at 6.9% and that payments would be around $216.00.When I went in to do the paper work on the car he qouted the payments to be $234.00 and I stated that he told me $216.00 then [redacted] said the rate came in at 5.3% so I proceeded to [redacted] in finace to sign contract and upon waiting for copies I picked up their papers and discovered that I was approved at 4.3%. I said to [redacted] "I was approved at 4.3% not 5.3% she went on to tell me I was not to see that and that they have a legal right to raise it 1-2 points. I then asked her to show me how they had the right to raise a rate on a loan between me and [redacted] Bank. She told me she don't know how and she couldn't produce it in writing.I left and called an Atterony friend who told me otherwise and so on 12-7-13 I called Bill and demanded that he change the rate to what the bank approved it at, [redacted] said the papers have already been sent,but when I called the [redacted] Bankon 12-9-13 they told me they did not have them.On 12-17-13 I called [redacted] Bank and informed [redacted] of customer service of the matter and ask to speak to a supervisor. I was told that a [redacted] would call me as soon as they receive it. I called [redacted] Bank again on 12-19-13 and discovered the loan had been proccessed on 12-12-13. When I demanded to speak to a manager I was put on hold and then told that a Ms.[redacted] was handling this matter. Once I was got Ms.[redacted] on the phone I told her that I would only pay this loan at the 4.3% rate that they offered and not the 5.3% rate that South Park Mitsubishi raised to.Desired Settlement: I would like for either party to produce documentation of how an outside source can come in between a borrower and a lender and legally change the rate agreement upon which the lender is willing to give the borrower, or change the rate back to the original rate of 4.3%that was given upon approval of this loan.

South Park Mitsubishi is a "For Profit Origination" We were well within the legal guidelines set forth by the department of banking in Pennsylvania. Furthermore customer acted very unprofessional and rudely within the dealership. Customer was aware before the completion of the paper work, that there was an additional one percent finance reserve in his loan, per his dispute noted with [redacted]. Customer proceeded to complete the transaction and purchase the vehicle. If at any time the customer felt deceived or mislead he had the opportunity not to complete the transaction. South Park Mitsubishi will make zero concession to customer.
