We received a complain from
guest *** *** on a stay in April
( ID # *** )after reviewing his folio I found that there was a discrepancy
in the rates , I believe that after checking in the guest the rates in the computer
changed to the regular rack rateI went ahead and credited the guest card
for the amount of $34.32.
I tried reaching the guest by phone, but could not reach himso I emailed him a
copy of the credit to his email
I will send a copy of that credit by fax to Revdex.com
