The guys at South Milwaukee Car Care Center are always helpful and get the job done no matter how big or small. They have serviced three of my vehicles over the years and I have always had a positive experience. There customer service is great and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their vehicle serviced.

My husband and I ordered new tires for his vehicle. Keeping spotless rims on the tires are very important to my husband. He keeps them free of scratches and scuffs. If there is any imperfection, he gets the rims touched up and fixed professionally. We specifically spoke with [redacted] regarding my husband's concern. He promised he would take care of them. Upon picking up the tires, there were scratches and scuffs on the rims. [redacted] told my husband he must have brushed up against a curb. This is not something my husband would have done. And if so...they would have been repaired immediately. Unfortunately, we did not take photos of the rims prior to taking the tires in. We should have. My husband took the tires to a repair person who has fixed the rims in the past. He said the scratches were not consistent with a curb but with a tool or laying tires upon each other. [redacted] insists they did nothing wrong. We are very disappointed with his dishonesty and will not return there for anything but a possible emissions test.
