I called Jason at 1:30, said he'd be there in two hours, he was, replaced the busted water heater and put on a new shutoff valve, all done in minutes, old heater gone and price was rightGreat job

Jason was hired to do a job in a very nice Wailea neighborhood He never showed up, and instead sent a worker in his place,( obviously being on his barstool was more important than being on my job) After percent of the work was done, he requested payment in full Because I knew him, I gave him the money and he promised to come and finish the job After many attempts to contact him, I hired a new plumber at the cost of $ I then called Jason and asked for a reimbursement for my expense to finish the job He Laughed and text me back that " I was a Fool" unquote He was as unprofessional , and his workers who were sent to do the job, both have issues I will never recommend him to anyone Beware
