November 23, 2015Dear [redacted],As a follow up to my previous correspondence, our insurance carrier, [redacted] Inc., has been actively working on a fair settlement for the claim filed by [redacted]. Part of the reason for the delay is the numerous different descriptions of the damages and how they occurred. The [redacted] have consistently changed their story of how the loss/damage occurred. This has been of such importance that [redacted] has asked their fraud investigation team to step in. They will be scheduling sworn testimony, under oath, for both **. and [redacted].I believe we have done everything possible to accommodate this customer. October 26, 2015Dear [redacted],Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the above complaint. We did provide pick up, storage, and delivery services for this customer. All services were performed exactly as agreed to. Subsequent to delivery, the customer claims items were missing. We immediately...

turned their claim over to our insurance carrier to insure an appropriate and immediate settlement to their claim. Within one week they had inspections done and adjusters investigate the entire situation. As absolutely no reason was established to believe that any items were missing or mishandled, the insurance company denied their claim. We have disputed our customers' statement of the facts and believe that our insurance carrier has been fair and just in their settlement.Thank you.Respectfully,Craig S.
