South Jersey Refinishing

Review: We had our tub refinished in August, 2010 with a 5 year warranty. The tub was holding up well until about a year ago, when the refinishing surface has started cracking. I sent South Jersey refinishing an email on January 22, 2014 describing the problem, the need to have the tub assessed for repairs, and a copy of the warranty. I then followed up with at least 5 phone calls in January, February, and March of this year. I have never received a response from the company, nor have they gone out to assess or repair the tub.Desired Settlement: I would like South Jersey Refinishing to contact me immediately and go out, assess, and repair the surface within the next 10 days, in accordance with the terms of their 5 year warranty.

First of all, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience and any unnecessary distress this situation has caused you.

I take great care to ensure that important matters such as this are properly managed and responded to in a timely manner. Although due to e-mail and voice mail retrieval issues with my service provider I had not been receiving either on a consistent basis.

So on this occasion an acceptable standard has clearly not been met and I have clearly not succeeded in meeting your expectations, and I truly apologize for this.

Based on the information provided in your complaint, this sounds like an issue that can be remedied expeditiously. With that being said, I am available to come out this Sunday, 6/8/2014 at 8:00 AM.
