Review: I am very disappointed with the service I received between 1/16/2013 and 1/24/2013. Service man was at my house to fix my garage on 1/16/2013 for about 30-40 minutes. However, nothing was able to get fixed because he did not have the right parts to fix it. I was told by the repairman that he would come back tomorrow morning with the right parts and I would not be charged for the day. He was a no show the next morning but I did receive a phone call the next Thursday to confirm appointment for 01/24/2013. Even though I never even received a call for a make up appointment I accepted cause I just wanted the damn thing fixed and I was going to call another company by then anyway. The repairman was here for about 20 minutes and I was charged for 140.00 for labor. I was still charged for the previous appointment even though nothing got fixed. My repair consisted of replacing 3 plastic hinges and fixing one side bracket with 2 ¼ inch rivots. Does that seem like a repair that should cost 140.00 in labor? When my husband looked at the bill and called the office he was told that the repairman should not have told me that I would not be charged and I should have called the office after he told me that. Why would I do that? Doesn’t it make sense that I would not be charged for work that was not even done. I am very disappointed with the all areas of service I have received from the company!! I have written letters to the manager twice and received one phone call back saying they would look into it. but have not heard anything!!!!!!Desired Settlement: I would like the $50.00 I was charged for labor for work that was not done!

Response:
on 1/25/13 Ms [redacted] called and requested service. When called she stated that the 2nd panel from the top popped out of place hings gopped out. On site installer discovered that plastic hinges where cracked and needed to be replace. He did not had parts available to make repair( However he did go there and accessed the problem) a second call was made on 1/16 13 to complete the service call. The customer aledges that nothing was done. However a truck was dispatch and a true cause of problem was discovered. We do not do free service calls. This charges are correct and we feel that we did all that we could to make the proper repair. It will be impossible to carry on the trucks all parts and componets to a door and opener. All charges were discussed with the customer.
