Review: The billing dept. at this office is nearly impossible to get a hold of, does not return phone calls and does not handle business in a timely manner at all. I was unable to pay my co-pay on my initial visit because they're "system was down." Upon 2 follow up visits I tried to pay the initial co-pay and was told I owed nothing. Several months later I was sent a bill for the initial co-pay amount. I will admit that making that payment did slip my mind for another month until I received a payment reminder, which I paid within one month of the reminder. A short time later I received a final notice, upon checking my bank I saw that my payment had cleared and wrongly assumed that it was no longer an issue. Several weeks after that I received a collection notice from [redacted] (whom I've also filed a complaint against). Since I never received a receipt of payment from the office I left them several messages asking them to contact me or the collection agency to rectify the situation. One month later I have never been contacted or received a receipt and I am still getting collection notices.Desired Settlement: I would like this matter resolved immediately.
