South Hill Tire is just denying that it was their fault They did not try to resolve my complaint Maybe they got distracted and made an error when placing the brake pads on All I know is that someone is lying I will send the receipts via email to the Revdex.com

[redacted] from the business contact Revdex.com to respond to this customer's complaint. This customer had the rear break pads replaced, this is sold in a pack of four so the dealers accusation that they were not all replaced is false. There would be no reason but the business to purchase a full set and only...
install a half of it since they are specific to the vehicle they were purchased for. The complaint also says the dealership sold her an alignment which was not needed and has nothing to do with the break pads. the business feels the dealership sold her a service that she didn't need.
Review: South Hill Tire replaced my rear brake pads and replaced rear rotor 9/24/14. I also had a oil change with tire rotation from them 11/3/14 and so they were the last to work on my car until I brought it into [redacted] dealer in [redacted]). [redacted] found and showed me that there were new pads on the inside and the old pads were re-used on the outside. In addition one of the stems on the rear wheels was stripped and the lug nut was just sitting on top. I had [redacted] at [redacted] call South Hill Tire and Service Center and spoke with [redacted] 12/22/14 and I was given the damaged parts to bring back to show to South Hill Tire. When I stopped by South Hill Tire on 1/6/15, [redacted] said it was a he said she said game and accused [redacted] of swapping out parts to make it look like South Hill Tire had been dishonest. It sounds like a lot of work that [redacted] would have had to gone through and I know it takes a while (an hour) to remove a stem on the wheel. The scene South Hill Tire describes in general sounds shady and implausible but makes me not want to go to either place of business. South Hill Tire said that had I come back, they would have been able to deal with it but if they were at fault I had no choice but to get the problem repaired when I was 1,000 miles away in IN versus drive it back to VA for them to "check it out" due to damage to my car.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the rear brake pads and left rototor that they did 9/24/14, $177.81 South Hill's charges ( I had to essentially pay for the jobs to be done twice and [redacted]'s price was much higher) as well as the repair/labor for the stem and lug nut replaced $124.64 (mostly labor). I also had to have an alignment done because of the abnormal wear of the brake pads and the lug nut being loose on the rear wheel.
