I had this company do an install at my house, and then at a few businesses, over $10,in deals I noticed at my home that they water was pouring over my gutter, so I got up on the roof to inspect it The gutter is pitched away from the down spout and it's overflowing and not draining out I called them to fix is (over a month period) and I was told today that the owner and his son just won't fix it because "my roof is sloped wrong" I'm no expert on gutters, but I'd think that if I was, I'd pitch my gutters towards the downspout, regardless of the pitch of the background, in this case my roof Until they own up to their mistake, they're out of my rolodex (reminder I referred them $10,of additional business) and you shouldn't use them either
