Corpus Christi Memorials delivered the monument at the beginning of Due to the length of time it took we offered her a free picture to be installed on the monument for her inconvienceThis picture is outsourced and takes aproxdays to recieveWe expect it by end of Feband as long as the monument is not wet or cold due to weather we can immediately install itThank you let me know if we you need any further info

basically this is where we are atThe customer has received everything they purchasedEverything they purchased has been installedWe offered a free $picture for her troublesLike the original monument the picture is outsourced overseasWe have zero control on how long items can take so we most definitely have to inform our customers of the length of time for either itemThe headstone took a bit longer again out of our control and the weather delayed the install of itYou must have weeks of completely dry grounds when installing 1000's of lbs of granite monument but people regardless still want their monument installedIf this picture takes months instead of months it is what it is again I have no control on how long a product takes to make and get shipped from ChinaI am not going to spend another minute answering questions on something we are giving away to this customerYou do what you think is rightRegardless what happens from this point we will mail the customer the picture once we receive it

Te picture was sent to you via email and text message back in October. I was never told it would take 90 days. If this was the case the picture should have already arrived and set. All we have been getting out of this business is the run around from day one. Also I dont know how we you can say it was delivered at the begining of January when you called me on Christmas Eve wanting to deliver and couldn't because we were out of town. The stone was received on December 26 without the picture.

This picture is outsourced and takes aprox. 90 days to recieve. We expect it by end of Feb. and as long as...

basically this is where we are at. The customer has received everything they purchased. Everything they purchased has been installed. We offered a free $360 picture for her troubles. Like the original monument the picture is outsourced overseas. We have zero control on how long items can take so we most definitely have to inform our customers of the length of time for either item. The headstone took a bit longer again out of our control and the weather delayed the install of it. You must have weeks of completely dry grounds when installing 1000's of lbs of granite monument but people regardless still want their monument installed. If this picture takes 5 months instead of 3 months it is what it is again I have no control on how long a product takes to make and get shipped from China. I am not going to spend another minute answering questions on something we are giving away to this customer. You do what you think is right. Regardless what happens from this point we will mail the customer the picture once we receive it.
