You came end of last week to change one of the pumps that is now working. You were supposed to fix the jets too and you told me you did it when you did not. I tried to contact you many times today by text messages or by phone, but I did not hear from anyone. My spa is brand new, but you do not care and do nothing about my problems even if it is under warranty.

I have 3 years warranty on the spa but it looks like you do not care.
