Ms *** was referred to *** *** *** *** by her primary care physician to evaluate cough and "something seen on XRay" She was seen by Dr *** and that is what her complaint is about. Dr *** evaluated her and originally charged a high level initial
visit. Because Ms *** was concerned about the amount of time spent with her, the charge was reversed and a lower code of *** was submitted. The documentation for this visit meets CMS guidelines for care. The reason she has to pay for this visit is she has chosen a high deductible plan. There is no poor business practice here, just a patient who is unhappy because we did what we were asked to do

I am rejecting this response because:As I said, I wanted to know what's that in the X-ray text, you could not tell without a Echo text based upon Doc***You have enough time to notice me that before the visitBut you set up one more unnecessary step to let me go there just listening to this simple noticeYou said my Insurance prevented you doing the text before that visit, but I showed you the evidence that my Insurance said you are wrong because under my Insurance's policy, we can do that Echo text before that visit absolutely. I say one more time, nobody will pay you this tricky billing, I do not want to be robbed or stolen by your ridiculous trick
