I am rejecting this response because:
There was Only one service repair made not a couple. I was originally asked to leave my vehicle with the repair shop and...

allow a salesman to drive my vehicle for a couple days. I told them I was not comfortable with that. She then said she would do a smoke test and still wanted to keep truck two days. I set the appointment but after reading reviews I am not comfortable taking my truck back there for repairs. I have not received any calls from South County Auto Plaza. The calls are coming from their mechanic shop they use. I want to resolve this issue with a refund of my initial inspection as well as paying for a new one. I want to take the truck to a shop of my choice for repairs and also the emission inspection at the cost to the dealer. This is not something their mechanics can make a decision on.

I tried to contact the customer for more information so I could assist his issue, such as the miles on the vehicle at the time, what is actually broken, etc. I have not received a call back or anything from him and have been trying to call him...

for quite some time. I would like to hear from this customer so I can help him.
