CUSTOMER WAS PROVIDED WITH A SHOP BILL FROM AN OUTSIDE SOURCE SHOWING REPAIRS.......WAS ALSO PROVIDED A COPY OF AUTOCHECK SHOWING NO ACCIDENTS. CUSTOMER WAS SENT COPIES AGAIN ON 2/28/AFTER COMPLAINT WAS RECEIVED.....VEHICLE SOLD AS IS AND ALL COPIES AND STATEMENTS ARE IN HOUSE IF
NEEDED. CUSTOMERS COMPLAINT IS INVALID AND BASED UPON ALL THE DOCUMENTS I HAVE......DEALER OWES NOTHING TO CUSTOMER AT THIS TIME. ***
