Hi ***, I am writing you to inform you of how the previous complaint was handeledWe responded to customer right awayWe offered him a full refund if he wasn't 100% happy with the product on several occasionsHe continued to only want to argue with us on a regular basisHe accused us of selling a used productWe did notIt was found out by myself later that the person that shipped the product out to him had tried to polish/clean up the product since it had been sitting in our store for a couple months and it being a copper metal it had patina'd someThe person that tried to clean it didn't do it properly and didn't get all the cleaning chemical offWe offered him a full refund right away when he first complained as is our company policy that everything we sell is guaranteed by us no matter what the manufacture warranty is.I will be forwarding all email communication that took place with this matter.Thanks,
