Review: I went to have my nails done at this salon and the work completed was far below satisfactory. I was left with the gel polish on my skin. When I tried to remove it the gel peeled off my nails. Also, they advertise a 10 minute massage with the pedicure I selected, however the massage was only 5 minutes, they did discount my service because of this. The main reason for my complaint and the most alarming is that they do not sanitize the instruments used! I regret that I did not notice this until my service was complete and I was waiting for my polish to dry. I was observing the workers finish one client and take the same instruments straight over to another client and use the non-sanitized instruments on them.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the gel manicure as I had to have it redone. Also they need to be sure to sanitize.
