February 23, Response to Revdex.com Complaint from Mr [redacted] ** [redacted] The Corners apartments was built in 1973, and [redacted] purchased the property in December Since purchasing the property we have been dedicated to improving the property in every shape and formDue to the age of the property there are no plans to replace any sidewalks We are very sympathetic to Mr [redacted] , and we are laying new sod around the areas that construction has occurredThere is also another pathway Mr [redacted] can take on a daily basis when there is heavy rain This time our response to Mr [redacted] is that we will not be giving any rent concession We will allow Mr [redacted] to vacate the premises to find alternative living and we will let Mr [redacted] out of his lease and will waive all lease termination fees in hopes to alleviate any financial burden this may causeSincerely, [redacted] Community Manager The Corners apartments
