Review: Hi I recently called to get insurance from freeway insurance. when talking to the agent I paid on 65 dollars on 10/17/2014 that was taken out of my account. on 11/3/2014 another 93 dollars was taken out of my account. I got a cancellation notice in the mail that my insurance would be cancelled on 11/16/2014. The agent I first spoke to told me I was supposed to pay for INSURANCE.....calling them because of disputes on payments Which I was not aware of, not told about, not even given a due date, or how much it was going to be. they took out 93.....I thought it was for my insurance when in fact my insurance is a entirely different thing. My actual insurance is Multi-stat insurance when I thought it was freeway. Freeway was literally taking free money out of the bank for HIDDEN fees and to top that off they have nothing to do with the insurance I was unaware with. The guy I first spoke to on the phone didnt mention any of this nor did he mention the fact that I would be paying fees after fees after fees to companies not even covering for insurance what I was paying for. The three companies working together are Freeway insurance, [redacted] and [redacted]. When going to pay for insurance you talk to freeway. They are just a scam and getting free money by charging fees that are hidden and not even to insurance.....so bad that they charge extra for insurance so they can hand out 10 more dollars per payment to pioneer insurance and to freeway insurance. This is a scam and never in my life ive had to deal with this. It's a scam and was told to me on the phone by freeway and by the supervisor [redacted] that they took the 93 dollars and not even for insurance purposes. What type of fake insurance or company says they literally take your money for free and expect to get away with it? all three of these do.Desired Settlement: Not only would I like a full refund from the places I didnt agree to pay because the only thing I agreed to was pay insurance not multiple other companies for no reason but I would like to see some form of punishment for these scams. they lie and completely false advertising and the guy on the phone tells you nothing about any extra payments and fees and tells you nothing but lies. someone please do something to save anyone else......there must be a law against this.
