Dispute of billings charges for over 4 months keeps saying sent it to claims dept but never gets sent now trying to send to collections
Continuous calls made concerning amount due on account #XXXXXX. Finally asked for a supervisor given the name of *** and left a voicemail for her to call me back on 11-15-17 at 3:00pm. She never called back. More calls made and on 12-15-17 spoke to Carmella advising per my insurance which was secondary coverage that patient responsibility should be 0. She asked me to fax paperwork which I did the same day. Followed up on 1-3-18 and rep stated she found the papers I faxed in on the fax machine, that no one had pick it up (since 12-15-17)because of the holidays. She said she would send to claim dept should be resolved in about 2 weeks. I called back 1-23-18 and was transferred to Carmela who stated it was in the process of being sent to collections and wanted to know if I wanted to take care of that today. Once again told my story and she stated she never got the fax I sent back in December but was able to locate it in a folder and she would send it to the claims dept. I asked who I could speak with about all the problems I was having and constantly having to call back and keep getting told that person was going to handle it but no one ever does. She stated *** was the person in charge but she was not at her desk. When I advised that I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com she hung up on me without saying anything.

Desired Outcome

Would like account to be adjusted per insurance statements and credit issued for amount overpaid.

Received Revdex.com complaint today regarding overpayment on account. Mrs. was contacted today and notified the refund is being processed and would be mailed to the home address. Mrs. was also contacted when the complaint was received and stated she had received a call earlier today and that the issue has been resolved.
