We were not intoxicated and definitely not unrulyWe actually were very understanding after being told we had no roomWe dealt with a guy named Cody who actually was thankful that were did not make a scene and were very understandingI would live to know who said we were intoxicated and unrulyPerhaps they have us mixed up with the people they asked to leave and Cody wanted to call the cops on Regards, [redacted]

the consumer checked out of the room and we (myself and cleaning members smelled and seen butts in the toilet The consumer also attempted a charge back with their credit card company and they awarded us with the payment The consumer has also posted negative comments on yelp and
social media
