South Beach Tan N Tone

Review: I paid for a month of tanning at this location. I went the first week a few times. The second week I went back to tan the doors were locked and no one was in the building. I have since went back several times to check on this place and the doors are still locked. There are no signs posted saying that the business is out of service. The only signs on the window state the hours of operation. I would like to know if this business is open or closed and if the business is closed why did the owner take my money for a month if they knew they were going to close their doors?Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for my month's membership. It is not fair to charge someone if they aren't going to have their doors open!
