Review: As it stands today and in summary; I have a signed contract (dated 3/**/13) and addendum with SB Kitchens to provide and install kitchen cabinets and silestone counter tops in my home. First complaint: On Tuesday, July *, 2013 [redacted], owner stole two of our cabinet doors out of our home, after we told [redacted] not to remove the doors from our premises. In-turn [redacted], owner called and demanded $3,000 for the return of the two cabinet doors prior to our [redacted] of July party on Saturday July [redacted]. I believe this is extortion. Second complaint: The agreed upon quality quartz countertop was to be from the manufacturer named Silestone. I believe SB Kitchen perpertrated fraud when they installed an inferior manufacturer and a lesser quality quartz manufactured by filestone into my home without my consent or notification. The countertop SB Kitchens installed was riddled with edge burn marks, roughness and chips. The contract price allotted/charged me $100 a square foot for silestone quartz countertops and the filestone quartz countertops that was delivered to my home costs is $35 a square foot , that is a $65 a square foot fraud! I believe I have over 90 square feet of counter tops! I have paid SB Kitchens over 85% of the contracted agreement, yet I have received less than 85% of the job completed. I need to hire someone to remove the incorrect multiple thousands of pounds of filestone countertops from my home and pay someone to fabricate the correct silestone countertop color: bianco zeus extreme. I need to have a new cabinet maker fabricate two new doors that match the two doors that [redacted] stole from my home. I am deeply upset that my family has not had a kitchen, a home cooked meal or a kitchen sink for over 4 months due to the poor ethics and fraudulent practices of SB Kitchens.Desired Settlement: A full refund of $30,000 plus any incurred additional expenses to remove the filestone and install the agreed to silestone countertops and two cabinet doors. Refund of any legal fees incurred due to this breach of contract of non delivery of goods.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by SB Kitchens, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: they have not supplied or installed the agreed to countertops, they have not installed the cabinet doors they stole out of my house nor have they refunded any of my money.
