I am rejecting this response because:Seller is side stepping the issue of year warrantyThe product is not as describedWhat does year warranty cover? It's ambiguous
We have replaced this customers pillow one time already as a courtesyThe pillow in question showed wear which is NOT covered under the limited warrantyThe replacement was sent on Nov (FedEx ground with tracking #[redacted] )The customers complaint is the same, the pillow shows wear and we will not replace it againIf the customer is not satisfied with the product, they can flex their return options with the vendor as this is not a warranty issue
Company advertised a superior product Furthermore advertises an extensive warranty for defective products Item is not wearing as advertised and company is not honoring warranty replacement
