Here at South Bay Family Chiropractic we have served patients from all over The United States and from many other countries in the world Currently we now serve patients from The United States and Tijuana--Mexico We have patients that drive from Oceanside, Escondido, Tecate, and Tijuana on a weekly basis When [redacted] restarted her care at South Bay Family Chiropractic on 6/15/she signed a contract to attend visits at South Bay Family Chiropractic in order to correct and stabilize her spinal condition The contract that [redacted] signed stated, "Client understands that any payments received by SBFC will remain as credit on their account until it has been fully utilized If you decide to terminate the auto-debits set forth by the program, you must provide a written request to stop payments." None such requests were received, however we discontinued debits as a courtesy after the first phone call from ***.My chiropractic assistant made me aware of ***'s phone call and so I allowed as a courtesy to [redacted] that she could transfer the credit to a family member or friend that would be willing to utilize her credit Upon patients signing up for corrective chiropractic care on contract they are provided a copy of their original contract with their schedule for appointments Our delivery on special records requests is 2-weeks We apologize for the delay in the week receipt of personal records.I did receive messages from my chiropractic assistants regarding ***'s concerns, at which point I directed my staff to invite [redacted] in for financial consultation and a review of her concerns She denied invitation and never committed to a complimentary consult with myself I did not call her back due to procedural changes whereby all financial matters within contract are settled within the guidelines of contract and in person.Sincerely, [redacted] , D.C
