South bay veterinary hospital decieved me into uneccesarry tests before they would treat my pet. They made my pet seem sicker than it was. And even recommended putting it to sleep. Their charges are 300 percent higher for same services at other vets

Refund I would like partial refund and i want my complaint in file to assist others
The pet was diagnosed with an aggressive, invasive cancer and we stand by our medical recommendations which included either proactive treatment for the cancer or humane euthanasia. This person decided to not treat or follow our recommendations. All clients, including this one are given a cost estimate of all recommendations so that they may choose what is right for them an their pet. All treatments, diagnostics, etc. must be pre-approved by the owner, including cost. So this client knew how much everything would cost prior to having her pet cared for at our facility.
