Review: In March 2013, owner [redacted] was paid $400 in advance to repair ruts and reseed shoulder of the road on a private property. The ground was too wet to do the job in March and but has since dried out. I spoke to him in April and he promised to finish the work over the next week. He has has not completed the work nor refunded our company the $400.Desired Settlement: Can Revdex.com contact [redacted] and give him one last chance to either complete the work or refund us the $400?
