Hi, Sourcewide ran operations between November and March At which point an Indian company who handled some of my technical support and lead generation had a data breach, my customers were called up again by this company and told to reverse/ask for credit card company to reverse the
charges, not to do business with Sourcewide and use them insteadWe would have never asked for credit card details over the phone, we have signed customer contracts and they themselves are the only ones that can enter credit card details on our website, to protect Sourcewide's customers. The company in India are basically scamming Sourcewide and are telling my old customers anythingThe damage has already been dealtSourcewide's bank and merchant accounts were closed due to many charge backsI was caught in the middle of this unethical and disturbingbehavior, I myself had been scammedThe fact remains that these customers were served well by us for many months, we have signed contracts and recordings of every callThis is why there has been a few motnhs between service and charge backs, due to the fact our customers very happy with the service until things went wrong.I understand customer's frustration, we have always run a good, ethical business, these cyber bullies have put me out of businessI have no idea of contacting customer to tell them to watch out for calls from these people calling themselves Time WarnerThe calls are not generating from Sourcewide I can tell you that with 100% honesty.-*** ***

[redacted] When a business or their contractor, is fraudulent and scams money out of people, should do the moral high road and refund monies taken their victims. I would haven NO idea SourceWide, or their contractors, where fraudulent in their dealings with me. I TRUSTED my error message was from Time Warner NOT a company from INDIA! Maybe SourceWide should turn this claim into your E&O Insurance. That is what a reputable business would have, E&O insurance. Time Warner clearly states SourceWide OR their contractors IS NOT representing Time Warner in ANY way. That is fraud. Taking advantage of TRUSTING people and sending them fake error messages, is fraud and should be handled. Obviously I wasn't the only person that was taken advantage of.
This is untrue. I am a resident of Colorado, not a canned-response. I have every email, telephone, contract and call recordings, not to mention signed contracts by [redacted]. I have a proper full-time job and understood Sourcewide to be a good side business, did not turn out like that, now people in India are threatening me and black mailing me and customers are also charging back money because of them. I dont really know what to say or do to help my situation and those of the customer that have been called by these guys. I can prove all wrong-doings through email and bank statements.
