We spoke to the customer the same day the complaint was received, her order shipped that afternoonOnce she received tracking information for the order she entered a message on her complaint stating that everything was OK
Hell Dr***,I sent the message below the day the order was received:Dear Dr***,We sincerely appreciate you trusting us with your business, but sadly we have to cancel your order. We did our best to make the transition of removing the products you ordered from our site instantly so
we didn't put our customers in this situation but it appears a few orders made it through the cracksWe no longer carry the items you ordered and nothing has been charged to your card. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are here for you to make the cancellation process as painless as possibleThank you again for your patronage and your understanding.All the best,Marianne When we received your message and call we sent another message letting you know that you order was cancelled because we no longer carry those stools on our siteI truly apologize for the confusion and any inconveniences caused. I just called the customer back and let them know that the PO number for his order is: [redacted] Tuttnauer should be able to provide a warranty claim with that information.I also provided my email address in case we are experiencing phone problems. All the best, [redacted]
