Hi, [redacted]-Thank you for forwarding this complaint to us via email. We did not receive your previous notice because it was sent to the incorrect mailing address. In regards to the complaint, I understand that they have received advertising in the mail from us and would like to be taken...
off our mailing lists. I will submit their name to our marketing department to have their name taken off all of our current mailing lists. Please have them ignore any mailings from us that they might receive in the next few weeks, as I am unable to stop anything that is in the process of currently being mailed out.We do not sell or share mailing lists. I have found the best way to get rid of "junk mail" is to go to [redacted] and have my name taken off there. This is the Direct Marketing Association and they will have your name removed from the lists used by direct marketing companies (these are the companies that we use to do our advertising). It is similar to a "Do Not Call" list, but for direct mail. This would resolve the problem of having the person's name show up on future lists. If you have any other questions or concerns, please contact me at [redacted] or the phone number/address listed on our website. Please note the correct address for our location is Suite [redacted] not [redacted].Thank you![redacted]
