In December I went into sound craft after having some work done on my truck at great [redacted] in Norwich and the started bashing great [redacted] and saying how I got ripped offI just bought a dodge charger and wanted it hooked up they promised the works, I made a deposit of $1000.00,but never signed a contractLess than a week goes by & I find out that I got scammed by land scampers for over $10,& had $35,worth of damage to my property so my priority shifted I notified sound craft and the said that I had a credit for the $I asked for a refund because I didn't know when my issue would be resolved and got this long song and dance about how the almost went out of business and the couldn't refund my money.I notified my bank of the issue they said that they would investigateI requested a charge back after talking with the owner & his refusal to have any compassion [redacted] my situation only to find out that they forged my signature on a contract and added it with the receiptThe bank refused Desired Settlement: To do anything saying it was a legal matterI notified my attorney who advised me to talk with the merchant to resolved the matter they where resistant I again notified the bank, since than I got hit by a drunk driver got married & asked them for a refund they threatened to call the policeI told them I would be taking legal actionI notified navy legal who said the would notify me ASAP .im very disappointed how they think they can keep my deposit I work to hard to earn my money for them to lye and cheap me out of my hard earned moneyI want a complete refundI will never deal with them againI don't trust them
