wrote estimate customer was ok with price put deposit down Customer added items after adding addition parts and labor I went and picked car up after sitting all winter installed new battery Installed body kit and extras battery never died Customer picks up 6/26/Customer calls stating dead battery believes it’s caused from remote start Again I go pick up car put new battery in remove remote start and install alarm only Installed remote start in different car no issues Car sits in bay with alarm armed for a week and half Customer picks up battery did not die Customer calls battery dies again I drive again to current draw car new battery current test well within industry standards drive back and forth for a week monitoring car Battery does not die Customer drives car to zoo calls stating battery died Again I go pick it up Battery does not die for a week in my bay Install 2nd battery again no charge to customer in hops to fix issue Customer calls 4-5days later calling names swearing and making threats at that point I calmly said there is no need to treat me like this if this is how you are going to treat me I will hang up the phone he continued to be aggressive on the phone talking about how I will not warranty the car when I have never told him I will not warranty labor I said warranty would be void is if he took it somewhere else then all warranty would be void I told him I will not go out of my way again for a problem that only exists when he drives the car I said I will look at your car again and as many times as you like bring the car to me At that point he did not like that I would not take any more of my personal time to get his car he proceeded to tell me how he is going to go around and wright bad reviews and slander my business spread bar words until the problem was fix then he would remove the reviews I again told him to get his car to me and I would look at it again We ended the call and haven't heard from him since
