This company misrepresented product that was sold I purchased a "clear bra" that ultimately did no protect against road debris as it was intended
On Aug 8th, I purchased and installed a clear bra from Sound Waves in Cordova Around April of 2016, some road debris hit my hood, ripped the clear bra and severely scratched my paint Since they told me the clear bra had a warranty on it, I took my truck back to Sounds Waves to have my hood fixed and a new piece of clear bra installed They delayed giving me an answer for months (giving me the run-around) until now mid-August 2016, and now, they finally told me they would not cover any damage to my hood, but would replace the clear bra film But if the clear bra is intended to protect the paint, then why not warranty the paint, not the clear bra?
Their excuse is that since the manufacturer of the film doesn't cover damage resulting from road debris then they won't either I told them the only purpose of the clear bra is to

wrote estimate customer was ok with price put deposit down Customer added items after adding addition parts and labor I went and picked car up after sitting all winter installed new battery Installed body kit and extras battery never died Customer picks up 6/26/17 Customer calls stating dead battery...

believes it’s caused from remote start Again I go pick up car put new battery in remove remote start and install alarm only Installed remote start in different car no issues Car sits in bay with alarm armed for a week and half Customer picks up battery did not die Customer calls battery dies again I drive again to current draw car new battery current test well within industry standards drive back and forth for a week monitoring car Battery does not die Customer drives car to zoo calls stating battery died Again I go pick it up Battery does not die for a week in my bay Install 2nd battery again no charge to customer in hops to fix issue Customer calls 4-5days later calling names swearing and making threats at that point I calmly said there is no need to treat me like this if this is how you are going to treat me I will hang up the phone he continued to be aggressive on the phone talking about how I will not warranty the car when I have never told him I will not warranty labor I said warranty would be void is if he took it somewhere else then all warranty would be void I told him I will not go out of my way again for a problem that only exists when he drives the car I said I will look at your car again and as many times as you like bring the car to me At that point he did not like that I would not take any more of my personal time to get his car he proceeded to tell me how he is going to go around and wright bad reviews and slander my business spread bar words until the problem was fix then he would remove the reviews I again told him to get his car to me and I would look at it again We ended the call and haven't heard from him since
