SOUND SHORE MEDICAL CENTER

Review: I was sent a collection bill from sound shore for bills dated 2010. I had full medical coverage and I never received not one bill for any further payments due. All those years and no letters until I get a collection notice. The hospital merged with another hospital and has a different name now. I am sure they messed up all the billing with this merger. I spoke to a representative at hospital who said they made a mistake and still it's on my credit 2 months later.Desired Settlement: I want this charge off my credit report as promised. I want an apology letter for all my inconveniences.
