Sound Pools and Spas

Review: The contract for our pool project was signed on 10/15/2013, with an expiration/completion date set as 5/15/2014. Not only has the contract expired prior to completion, but the entire project is merely 20% complete. We have reached out to the owner on multiple occassions, scheduled multiple meetings to discuss our concern of lack of work, progress, and communication as to a completion date. We have paid for approx. 90% of the contract and received 20% of the contracted services. Terrible customer service, work ethic, and communication. We allowed the completion to extend to 6/14/2014, with assurances from the owner it would be completed no later than 6/7/2014. That date too has come and gone with no progress on the project and no communication from the owner.Desired Settlement: We will now be forced to hire another company to finish the project. We have invested a lot of time and suffered a great deal of aggrevation. We would like a full refund of our project so we can complete the pool for our family to enjoy. Sound Pools and Spas has made a fun, family project into a nightmare.
