Malk our installation bays are monitored threw cameras 24/7.each installation is recorded We showed the customer there vehicle When it left our Instalation pay There were no dents at all Vedios are available Thanks

I am rejecting this response because: the dent was not there because I inspect my car...

before all repairs or services. Also I was hesitant to take my car to your business because of all the negative reviews for basically the same thing on facebook. When the video was shown to my boyfriend you kept skipping around and didnt show all of the movements of your technician

Good morning , we showed the Vedio to the customer her husband saw it too . Nothing is showing in our side . the dent was there when the vehicle Entered our facility . Thanks
