When you called originally to tell about the issues with tenants, it was the first time we heard any complaints from neighbors - since nobody else contacted us priorHowever, your concerns are something we have communicated clearly to tenants before you reached out to us - because we knew those could be issuesWe’ve seen the amount of garbage being accumulated on property and clearly told them not to park by the driveway
Having said this, tenants actually abiding by the rules is a different situationWe can only do so much to enforce and issue violations
Besides keeping the property in disarray (both outside and inside), they also haven’t been paying rentAbout a week ago, we have hired a property management company to deal with these tenantsBoth of them (construction crews) have been served eviction noticesBut as you might be aware, in Washington State eviction process may take a bit of time
We are working on resolving situation for all our sakes and peace of mind
