Sound Fence Company

Contract started on 4/13/20, the agreement was that the project was to be completed in 2-3wks. He gave excuse after excuse to delay the project. Now its nearly 1 month from start of contract. The owner has been dodging attempts to resolve this. Today my husband and he went to purchase materials while in line he said he needed to use the restroom and left him in line. This is embarrassing and frustrating. We attempted to retract the contract and get our money back by visiting the shop he called the police and attempted to file disturbance against us, luckily they informed him of civil suit. When we explained we will take him to court, his response is that its closed due to Coronavirus.
