July 1, 2015Dear Sirs;In our review of the referenced complaint we have found that none of our Stores or Employees had any contact with this Customer.While we are an Authorized AT&T Reseller, we cannot speak for AT&T as a wholeOur Stores are in the Virginia/Maryland area, and this Customer lives outside of that area.In reading the complaint, it appears that this Customer dealt with either Corporate AT&T directly or a Store in their local area but not any of our Stores.In addition, our AT&T market area does not offer the U-Verse Television package so we would have no knowledge of pricing or support for such service.Therefore, we request that the Revdex.com remove this complaint from our file and provide notice of same.Thank you for your time and attention in this matter
