I am rejecting this response because:they took advantage of me during the home buying process and sold an inferior product to me, without disclosing pertinent information about the details of they go forward with the process (as in their response that they don't prime prior to painting). They offered buyer bonuses for aesthetics like carpet, but not for the larger purchase item such as paint. Why would they not offer an additional option for a better product, unless they want to take advantage of the buyer. As stated before, the paint job should last beyond 6 years. That alone should be of concern to them, and should warrant attention.Their pride in offering a substandard product illustrates that their most important thing is profit rather than a great, reliable, product and good customer service. This needs to be known to potential buyers so that they aren't mislead believing they are buying a quality product.
